RudeFish is an independent art and design studio founded in Shanghai in 2020, now based in London. Rooted in illustration, photography and image-making, the studio develops a visual language that moves between tenderness and unease, humour and rebellion.

Its work spans independent publications, collectible art objects, apparel and homeware. Drawing from dreams, childhood memories and everyday oddities, RudeFish transforms familiar images into something slightly unfamiliar, playful, strange and emotionally charged.

Rather than following a fixed aesthetic, each collection becomes part of an evolving visual world. Through images and objects, RudeFish explores how art can exist beyond the gallery, on the body, in the home and within everyday life.
